Street-style Spicy puffed Rice | Masala Pori

Ingredients for Masala Pori:

  1. 1.5 cups Pori [Puffed rice]
  2. 1/4 cup Peanuts
  3. 1 tbsp Roasted Gram
  4. 1 Onion [finely chopped]
  5. 1/2 deseeded Tomato [finely chopped]
  6. 4 tbsp grated Carrot
  7. Coriander leaves [few]
  8. 1/2 tsp Chilly Powder
  9. Garam Masala [A Pinch]
  10. 1/2 tsp Salt
  11. 1 tsp Lemon Juice

Step 1 – Making Masala Pori [Spicy puffed Rice]:

The process is straightforward to make it. All you have to do is mix it, and no need to cook. Take a vessel and add 1.5 cups of puffed rice. Put 1/4 cup of peanuts, 1 tbsp of the roasted gram, one finely chopped onion, 1/2 finely chopped deseeded tomatoes, and 4 tbsp of grated carrot.

On top of it, add few chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp of chilly powder, a pinch of garam masala, 1/2 tsp of salt, and 1 tsp of lemon juice. Mix it well and serve it immediately right after mixing to have a better outcome in taste. Stree-style spicy puffed rice, otherwise called masala pori, is ready for serving!
