Instant Peanut Ladoo

Ingredients for Peanut Ladoo:

  1. 1 cup Peanut [roasted & peeled]
  2. 1/2 cup Jaggery [grated]
  3. 1/4 cup Coconut [grated]
  4. 3 pods Cardamom without skin [optional]

Step 1 – Making Peanut Ladoo:

Take 1 cup of roasted and peeled peanuts in a bowl. Add 1/2 cup of grated jaggery and 1/4 cup of grated coconut into it. Optionally, add three pods of cardamom without skin on top of it. Grind it coarsely.
Transfer it to a bowl. Now, you can make ladoos by shaping them in round shapes.
